An order from xunqeravi always keeps its way back open. This policy explains the free 30-day returns, the refund timeline, and the terms that connect them.

Thirty Days From the Doorstep to Decide
The window opens on the delivery date and runs 30 calendar days. Anything requested inside it comes back at no cost.
In Shape to Come Back
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and every accessory intact;
- Backed by your order number or another proof of purchase.
Past the Point of Return
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
The Return, Told in Four Parts
- Part one: the email. Your order number and reason go to .
- Part two: the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Part three: the handoff. Pack the item securely and give it to the carrier.
- Part four: the refund underway. It begins at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival has no vote in your timeline.
Wait for the Green Light
Ship nothing until we reply. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, normally within 3-7 business days; a few banks post a touch slower.

A Credit Still in Transit?
Seven business days past approval, nothing arrived?
